This indemnity shall be in addition to and not limited by any other indemnity.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use
As a condition of the use of these Sites, you warrant to Autolink that you will not use these Sites for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the terms, conditions and notices of this Agreement or by any applicable law.
General
This User Agreement shall be deemed to have been made in the State of New Hampshire, United States of America, and shall be interpreted, and the rights and liabilities of the parties hereto determined in accordance with laws of the State of New Hampshire, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of law principles.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties´ intentions as reflected in the provision, and that the other provisions of this Agreement remain in full force and effect. The section headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
